Before starting any analytics initiative, it helps to audit your existing datasets and infrastructure. A professional data science company will usually begin with a discovery stage to evaluate data availability, quality, and business objectives. In our experience, companies that skip this preparation phase often struggle later because their data pipelines are not structured for machine learning workflows.
